Fulbright Fellow and an MPA graduate from Cornell University, Wasiq leads the organization in overall operations and strategy. He spends over half his time in the field when not consulting for the World Bank in Washington, DC.


Head of Strategy

Nathaniel Jackson’s passion is to help build sustainable businesses that have positive environmental and social impact in the world. He began his career as a Peace Corp Volunteer in The Gambia supporting micro-entrepreneurs to expand their small businesses. Since that initial trial by fire, he has been successfully advising, lending and investing in companies in over 20 countries for almost three decades. Nathaniel has worked at the World Bank and held various senior positions in the private sector operations of the Inter-American Development Bank.

As Nathaniel put it, "Good Earth is a perfect fit as it combines sustainable agriculture practices with a committed and remarkably skilled team."

Saniya ansar

Head of Research & Partnerships

An MPP graduate from Harvard Kennedy School, Saniya leads the organization in its partnership development, economic analysis functions, responsible for targeting, farmer selection, M&E frameworks, and poverty and impact assessments.

Fulbright Fellow and an MBA from Haas School at UC Berkeley. Mazdak heads the finance operations and provides leadership with regards to financial strategy, resource management, and successful implementation of the business plan.

A successful young Agribusiness entrepreneur based in Khanewal, leading the organization’s daily operations, implementing all aspects of the business plan, and responsible for liaising with government and technical counterparts.

will Nielsen

Head of Business Development

An MPA graduate from Cornell University, Will provides support in business plan development and marketing strategy.  Will is a consultant to the World Bank on projects in areas of inclusive business, small business support, and public procurement policy.
